About
Two rooms at a time, scored in the open
Dual Poker compares poker rooms the way players actually argue about them: head to head, five rounds, a winner named for each kind of player. No draws, no diplomatic ties, and the working shown every time.
Who we are
Dual Poker is part of a small independent family of betting and poker information sites for British expats, alongside FBodds.com, OpeningBet.com and StandingBet.com. Same principles everywhere: real information first, funding disclosed plainly, responsible gambling messaging on every page.
How this site is funded
Some links to poker rooms are affiliate links: if you open an account through one, the room pays us a commission. It costs you nothing and changes none of your terms. Where a page carries an affiliate link, that page says so; the rest link plainly. Three rules keep it honest. First, the scoring never moves: rounds are decided by the evidence named in the text, and a room that pays us can and does still lose its duel. Second, if a room we have no deal with is the right answer for you, that stays the answer we print. Third, poker rooms cannot buy their way onto the fight card or out of their own history; past scandals and how a room handled them are part of Round IV in every duel.
How duels are scored
Five rounds: traffic, rake value, softness, trust, payouts. Numbers come from named sources (traffic reports, the rooms’ own published terms, documented enforcement actions) and are dated. Softness has no public data, so softness calls are always labelled as our read. Verdicts are given per player type, because “which room is better” has no single answer, and per country where licensing decides the matter outright.
